NAME OF PROJECT: Meijer outlot / West Cannel Drive Retail
PETITIONER: Thomas English Retail Real Estate, LLC
~ Based upon all the evidence presented by the Petitioner and upon the Department Report of the
Department of Community Services, dated, we determine that the Petitioner has satisfied the
fonowing criteria set forth in 20G.06 of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance;
A. The proposal is in harmony with the purposes and the land-use standards contained in
Chapter 20G.
B. The proposal enhances the overall development plan, the adjoining streetscapes and
neighborhoods, and the overall Old Meridian District.
C. The proposal does not produce a site plan or strecUcireuIation system that would be
impractical or detract from the appearance of the development plan or the Old Meridian
District, and must not adversely affect emergency vehicle access or deprive adjoining
noncommercial properties of adequate light and air.
We )]ereby approve the Zoning Waiver application as submitted with the following specific
conditions as agreed to by the Petitioner.
