APPROVED: Docket No. IO-03DP/ADLS request to approve DP/ADLS. The Plan Commission voted ten (10) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition as amended. In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval. Mail & Facsimile (317/846-8782) Dear Mr. Frankenberger, At the meeting held Monday, March 24, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance filed by you on behalf of GB Hazel Dell Property, LLC. for property located at 5790 East 131 st Street: APPROVED: Docket No. Y-lO-03, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section 14.06 in order to allow a parking lot to encroach ten (10) feet into the thirty-foot (30') south greenbelt. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of improvements must be underway, or a' written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of this approval is Tuesday, March 24, 2004.
