The secondary plats have been revised accordingly. Below is a list of each of your comments, followed by the action taken to address each of them. Block B 1. Add note of "Prepared by" prior to American Consulting, Inc, The plat has been revised to include this notation. 2. Add addresses and phone numbers to all "Owners" notations, sheet one. The address and phone number that is provided under the list of owners is the address and phone number of all the owners. 3. Add addresses and phone numbers to the "Subdi vider" notation, sheet one. The address and phone number of the "Subdivider" has been added to the plat. 4. Add 15' Drainage and Utility Easement along the east property line. A 30' Drainage Easement is noted on the plat along the east property line. 5. Add the source of title to page one. The source of title bas been added to page one. 6. Add date of submittal or latest revision to sheet one. The date of latest revision has been added to the title block on all sheets. 7. Add key map of West Carmel Center to sheet one. A key map of the West Carmel Center has been added to sheet one. 8. Add Docket numbers to sheet one: 26-91 PP, 27-03 SP. These docket numbers have been added to sheet one. 9. Revise new property lines to be solid dark lines. The new property lines have been revised to be solid dark lines. lO. Illustrate new half right-of-way dimension. The new half right'-of-way dimension has been added to the plat. According to the Hamilton County Auditor's Office, there arc only three members and one Auditor. 13. Add cross-reference for covenants and restrictions. A cross-reference to covenants and restrictions has been added to page two. 14. Forward a copy of the final review/approval letters from the following agencies: a. Hamilton County Highway b. Hamilton County Surveyor c. Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co. The plat is being sent to each of these agencies, the approval letters will be forwarded to you once we receive them. 15. Change language on sheet three, second paragraph. It refers to the subdivision being designated as Amended Block D. It also refers to front and side yard setbacks per the plat. None are identified. The language in the second paragraph of sheet three has been corrected. 16. Add instrument and PC/Slide for Block G if recorded prior to this Block.
