Petitioner or representative must appear at the Carmel Plan Commission meeting and give a presentation. The presentation may include information relative to the project and may be presented on a poster board so that it can be seen from 20 feet. However, an opaque projector is available, if the meeting takes place in the Council Chambers. In addition to the info packets. a reduction (8-112" x 11") of the poster board project information may be handed out to each Plan Commission member. 6. Petitioner or representative must attend the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting. which occurs several weeks prior to the Plan Commission meeting. 7. Petitioner or representative must attend the Special Studies Subcommittee to further review all pertinent information (when appli.cable). 8. Petitioner or representative must attend the second Plan Commission meeting (when applicable) for final vote (questions may need to be answered). 9. Once Plan Commission has voted on the project, it is up to the petitioner to work with the staff to obtain proper building permits. Pyramid Comer North Building Roof Line Alteration Due to the current economic slump A & A Development Corp. is not able to complete the intended renovations to 96th & Michigan Road at this time. We would appreciate the opportunity to do a minor modification at this time to update the building commonly known at 4010-40 14 West 96th Street; Indianapolis, IN. Our intent is to make the roofline emulate that of 4004-4008 West 96th Street; Indianapolis, IN, and in so doing make the center wrified in color and design. The design of 4004-4008 is in fact that of the renovations permitted in our initial permit. Although we are not demolishing the current structure and erecting a new edifice; we do desire to utilize the same concept in the temporary update. The building color will also match that of 4004-4008. and the new sign package already on file with the City of Cannel will be effective for all tenants after the reconstruction is complete.
