The site is located on the south side of West 146tl1 Street 1/4 mile west of Spring Mill Road. The
site is zoned S-ltResidence - Very Low Density.
The petitioner also seeks approval of the following Subdivision Waivers:
183-02a SW seD 7.01 reduced open space
183-02b SW seD 7.05.07 clearing of woodland areas
183-02c SW SeD 6.05~01 50' lot frontage at right-of-way

The applicant is proposing a 9.home subdivision. Please see the informational packet provided by
the applicant to view the layout of the lots and the areas provided as open space.
The applicant has also requested consideration of three Subdivision Waivers. These requests
relate to high level of design of the subdivision and how the homes work together in forming the
very artiCulated outdoor spaces around the home sites. The Department is in favor of the
requested waivers in that they are necessary to achieve the level of design illustrated within the
informational booklet.
The De~artment recommends that this item be forwarded to the Subdivision Committee on
June 3r for further discussion.
