The Department is in favor ofthe requested waivers in that they are necessary to achieve the level of design illustrated within the informational booklet. Concerns expressed at the public hearing included concern regarding the maintenance of the creek, the setback of homes on the lots, and the area proposed between the creek and homes. Commission members requested further clarification regarding the location of driveways, the eyebrow street design, and solutions on how to mitigate what appears to be significant asphalt/concrete areas.
