Board of Zonine: Anpeals Public Notice Shm Procedure:
The petitioner shall incur the cost of the purchasing, placing, and removing the sign. The sign
must be placed in a highly visible and legible location from the roa~ on the property that is
involved with the public hearing. '
The public notice sign shall meet the following requirements:

that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Carmel, Indiana (Board of Zoning
Appeals), meeting on the 25th Day of August, 2008, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council
