DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST
Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP and Duke Realty Limited Partnership request an
ADLS Amendment to the potential wall sign locations approved by docket number 155-
01 ADLS.
This existing approval shows three potential sign locations on each Building
between the fourth and fifth floors. This ADLS Amendment request asks that the four
potential sign locations for each Building all be approved for location at the top of the
fifth floor.
Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP also requests an ADLS Amendment to approve its
proposed wall sign to be located on the newly constructed Building 8 at Parkwood East.
The proposed sign will be similar to the existing Baker & Daniels sign on the Parkwood
Six building.
