e applicant seeks approval to construct an 8,000 square foot accessory building. The
site is located at 12156 North Meridian Street. The site is zoned B-6/Business and is
within the US 31 Overlay Zone.

The applicant is requesting ADLS approval of an accessory building. Please refer to the
information packet distributed prior to the March 18, Plan Commission meeting. In addition see
attached/enclosed elevation illustrating adjacent building.
Issues I concerns raised at previous meetings include the following:
1. Request to see photos and elevations of the existing building.
2. Request to see more detail regarding color.
3. Concern regarding the height of the structure and its roof design.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approv! the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
