Docket No. 37-03 ADLS; Ritz Charles Accessory Building The applicant seeks approval to construct an 8,000 square foot accessory building. The site is located at 12156 North Meridian Street. The site is zoned B-6/Business and is within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by E. Davis Coots of Coots, Henke & "Wheeler for Ritz Charles. The applicant is requesting ADLS approval of an accessory building. Please refer to the information packet distributed prior to the March 18, Plan Commission meeting. Issues / concerns raised at the March 18th meeting included the following: 1. Request to see photos and elevations of the existing building. 2. Request to see more detail regarding color. If approved by the Commission the applicant would need to prepare and submit a Development Plan Amendment Petition. They have requested to proceed with the building ADLS fITst not desiring to invest the resources in engineering the development plan if it is found by the Commission that the building design is unacceptable for the site.
