Docket No. 37-03 ADLS; Ritz Charl~s Accessory Building The applicant seeks approval to constmct an 8,000 square foot accessory building. The site is located at 12156 North Meridian Street. The site is zoned B-6/Business and is within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by E. Davis Coots of Coots, Henke & Wheeler for Ritz Charles. The applicant is requesting ADLS approval ofian accessory building. Please refer to the information packet for elevations and details. If approved by the Commission the applicant would need to prepare and submit a Development Plan Amendment petition. They have requested to proceed with the building ADLS first not desiring to invest the resources in engineering the development plan ifit is found by the Commission that tbe building design is unacceptable for the site. The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Special Studies Committee on April 3nl for further discussion.
