The home is 99 years old. My wife and I have purchased it with the intent of converting the prior first floor tea and lunchroom into her new business: TreasureR ouse Home Accessories, Gifts and Furnishings There is a 2-bedroom upstairs apartment that will not have any interior conversion or changes done to it. The project will entail the remodel and improvement on the exterior and interior first floor. I have included a current photo of the house, a new proposed front elevation and a site plan for your review. West Carmel Center, Black B, Lots 3&4, Black F - have only received Primary Plats, no other plans. The Ridge at Hayden Run Sections 1 &2 - plans ok Clay Terrace - have met with Mr. Jang, but have not received final revised landscape plans yet. Clarian Hospital North - have reviewed plans, but review letter is not out yet. 11300 Block of North Michigan Road - Have not received any plans. This rezone should require open space plans including woodland analysis, and at least preliminary landscape plans. There is a substantial woodland at stake.
