The addition includes new classrooms, a full size gymnasium, vocational training center, and a new covered receiving dock. Also, we are enclosing the application form to "modify commitments" which refers to the building addition for purposes as described above. Our intent is to have the necessary documents required in the ADLS application to your office by February 28th in order to meet with your Technical Advisory Committee on March 19th, 2003. It is our goal to appear before the Planning Commission on AprillSth, 2003. Please advise when is an appropriate time to send out the notices for the public hearing that relates to the Commitment Modification process.
