Dear Me Dobosiewicz,
On behalf of our client, Indiana Developmental Training Center, we are enclosing the ADLS
application to commence the process to construct an addition. The addition includes new
classrooms, a full size gymnasium, vocational training center, and a new covered receiving dock.
Also, we are enclosing the application form to "modify commitments" which refers to the building
addition for purposes as described above.
Our intent is to have the necessary documents required in the ADLS application to your office by
February 28th in order to meet with your Technical Advisory Committee on March 19th, 2003. It is
our goal to appear before the Planning Commission on AprillSth, 2003.
Please advise when is an appropriate time to send out the notices for the public hearing that relates to
the Commitment Modification process.
We will forward our drawings, etc. to your attention prior to February 28th, 2003.
Please review and advise if applications are in order. Thank you for your assistance on all these
matters.
