Building Modifications
Modifications:
Off The Wall Sports would like to enclose the building overhang at the Southwest
comer of the northern building. Originally when Off The Wall Sports was built in
1995, this was the entry. When the building was expanded in 1997, the original entry
was closed. This area would be enclosed using the same materials of scored block,
split-face block and decorative colored block to match the look of the southern
building. The building colors would also be matched. There is no change in actual
footprint of the building.
Off The Wall Sports will add a secondary entry to the west wall. It will be a single
pull door with a side glass panel on either side. We are adding a climbing wall
feature and would like to make it more convenient for our patrons to enter and leave
that area.
Off The Wall Sports will add a sidewalk from the building out to the parking lot.
Off The Wall Sports will add a decorative boulder to the right of the secondary entry.
Off The Wall Sports will add mulch along the north side of the sidewalk with
plantings of Yews comparable to the existing landscaping along the west wall.

curve and right of way line 236.47 feet to a point which
bears South 33 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds West from said
radius point, said point also being a point of reverse
CUl\loture concave to the South having a radius of 20.00 feet,
the radius point of which bears South 33 degrees 58 minutes
53 seconds West; thence Southerly along said curve and right
of way line 29.91 feet to a point on the westerly right of
way line of Chase Court as shown in the plat of said Carmel
Science and Technology Park, said point bears South 60
degrees 19 minutes 21 seconds East from said radius point;

feet along said right of way line to the POINT OF BEGINNING
of the herein described tract; thence continuing South 29
