Ii. Clay Terrace (Development Signage)
Docket No. 19-03b ADLS;
The applicant seeks approval an overall signage plan for the. Clay Tenace development.
The site is located atthe southwest comer of US Highway 31 and East 146th Street.
Filed by Mark Jang of Lauth Property Group.
As the Commission may recall signage for this project was removed from consideration of the
Architecture, Lighting and Landscaping and returned to the Committee for discussion on July 1,
2003 for subsequent action by the full Plan Commission at a later date. Please refer to the
infoffilation packet hand delivered last week.
At the July 1 st Special Studies Committee meeting Leo Dierckman moved to recommend
approval of Clay Terrace to the full Commission with conditions of designated areas tor bikes
and appropriate signage, seconded by Dan Dutcher arid Approved 7-0.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the ADLS as revised and
forwarded by the Committee.

Enclosed is an information booklet which contains the proposed signage package for the
overall Clay Terrace development as well as for the tenants of Clay Terrace. This package has
been developed to be consistent with and to complement the architectural design, lighting and
landscaping which the Plan 'commission approved on June 17. This proposal was reviewed and
unanimously approved by the Special Studies Committee on July 1. We look forward to your
consideration and approval of this package at the July 15th meeting of the Plan Commission.
