LLC Section Waiver: Section 23.B8.7 US 31 Overlay Ordinance Brief Description of Waiver: Minimum Building Height In deciding whether or not the applicant has presented sufficient proofto permit the granting of a waiver, the Plan Commission shall consider the following: . The proposal is in harmony with the purposes and the land-use standards contained in the US 31 overlay Ordinance, Z-340. . The proposal enhances the overall development plan, the adjoining streetscapes and neighborhoods, and the overall US 31 Overlay Zone.
