The applicant seeks approval to construct a commercial building. The site is located at 100

The applicant is requesting approval of an ADLS for the construction of a commercial building.
The site is generally located at the southwest corner of Old Meridian Street Providence Blvd.
The Special Study Committee forwards a 6-0 favorable recommendation to the full Plan
Conunission on this request excluding awning signage.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the ADLS forwarded by
the Committee.
