Reis, Esq., Attorney for Lauth Property Group June 17, 2003, as revised June 20,2003, per Commission approval Clay Terrace ~~gftj9:=Ob' A'QL$; ?-Q-Q3 .AD~S; 21~Q3: A.l;jL$j2A-~3: ~P~lild Consistent with the approval by the Special Studies Committee, (the IICommitteell), of the architectural design, lighting and landscaping for the several buildings within the Planned Unit Development to be known as Clay Terrace, Lauth Property Group agrees to the approval by the full Plan Commission of the architectural design, lighting and landscaping under the above-referenced docket numbers, subject to the following conditions: 1. The elevation drawings for Buildings B19 and B22, will be revised to remove the EIFS facade areas and to insert building material to match the adjacent building facade in those areas. 2. Wall art and trellises will be provided generally in the distribution and quantity shown on the elevations and plans; however, the actual location of the wall art and trellises may vary from the locations shown on the elevations and plans. 3. The elevations will be revised to. show that the color of overhead doors will match the color of the adjacent building facade materials, consistent with the text detail. 4. Wall mounted fixtures in the style used in the parking area, (approved by the Committee), will be installed in the walkways from the parking areas to Clay Terrace Boulevard and other walkways between buildings in the development. w u One Civic SquarE!
