Dear Mr. J ang:
At the meeting held JlU1e 17, 2003 the Carmel Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the
Architectural Design, Lighting and Signage, (ADLS) for the property located at southwest corner of US 31 and East
146th Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 19-03; 20-03; 21-03; 22-03; 23-03 ADLS request to approve ADLS as revised subject to the
following conditions:
1. That revisions are made to the elevations on buildings B-19 and B-21 removing the EIFS "boxes" and
replacing them appropriate material to match adjacent building fa~ade.
2. That the text regarding overhead doors read to match adjacent building colors and renderings updated
accordingly for future petitions.
3. That wall-mounted lightingbe used as opposed to ground mounted lights within sidewalk areas/corridors.
The Plan Commission voted eight (8) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition as amended subject to
conditions.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach .a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
