The pool and common grounds area is surrounded in it's entirety by residential homes. Entire area zoned residential. Existing Structures include: 1. Swimm1ne pool and wading pool surrounded by concrete deck. A small aluminum-sided 21~ X 15' bath house building consisting of2 bathrooms and pool equipment room is located adjacent to pool area on north side and is also completely surrounded by concrete and asphalt. Members cmrently entire pool area through respective bathrooms. 2.8' X 12' out-building shed located and connected to south side of pool area used for storage. 3. Two tennis courts located northwest of bath house. 4. Playground and basketball cowt located directly northwest ofteImis courts. 5. Common property smrounding entire complex consisting of mowed recreation field with light woods and small creek. 6. Entrance and parking lot located directly east of pool area connected to west side of Oak Ridge Road with entrance at 13700 Oak Ridge Road. LandscaDing Current landscaping area includes: 1. Area between parking lot lnld pool fence bordering entire east side of pool area consisting of small bush~ tall. grasses, and mulch. 2. Area between Oak Ridge Road and parking lot consisting of small flowering trees, shrubs~ and V.O.M.C. sign. 3. Eight foot tall cedar bushes located along south side of pool area and northeast and northwest side of tennis courts, fence borders. Plan Plan is to remove storage shed completely, and remodel exterior of current structure, adding on a new gabled root handicapped bathroo~ separate open entrance hallway, and storage/shelter area west (behind) the current bath house. Current bath house is surrounded by concrete and asphalt. Remodeling and addition to be located within c. fenced.in pool area and surrounded by current concrete decking. Therefore, no additional landscaping is planned. Cmrent landscaping will not be disturbed. -There are no drainage or signage changes. -Lighting will be consistent with what is there now.
