7. Docket No. 54-03 ADLS Amend; Park Place Center, Lot 2, Block 2
Petitioner seeks amended Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage approval for
building elevations. The site is located at 706 Adams Street. The site is zoned M-
3/Manufacturing.
Filed by Adam Dehart of Keeler Webb Associates for Park Place Center, LLC.
The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval to revise approved building elevations
for the Park Place Center. The proposal is for a single one-story building to replace 2 two-story
stmctures at the east end of the development. Please see informational packet distributed with the
agenda packet last week.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments and concerns have been addressed.
Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.
