Zoning Ordinance No. Z-1 for the Town of Carmel, and its environs be amended and Whereas, said Carmal..Toim Plan.Gomffiission has held public hearings on said proposed amendments, after publication of such hearings in the Noblesville Bally Ledier, A?oblesv lle, Indiana, said notice being 10 days prior to said public hearings and; Whereas, said, Carmel Town Plan Commission has, by resolution, recommended such amendemnts, all in aRcordance:with Chapter 174 of the Acts of 1947, as amended, of the General Assembly of tiia State of Indiana, Now be it ordilned by the Board of Trustees of the. Town of Carmel, Indiana that r G l,,a 7 Section 1. That the property located at ,130 and 140 souw 48e Line Road be rezoned to a B-1 local business cilssification, as approved by the Board of Trustees on the 24th Day of November, 1959. Section 2. That a certain, tract' of land in the name of Seth and Sarah Wells, Rural Route 1, Box 15, Carmel, Indiana, said :tract being 250 feet by 145 feet and, containing O.83'acres, and fronting on Smoky Row Road East, be Rezoned from R-2 residential to B-2 General Business, as approved by the Board of Trustees on the 4th, day of April, 1961. Section 3.
