Ms. Conn,
Thank you for the quick reply. I have a couple of other questions regarding the TAC process that we will need to go
through. They are as follows:
G If there are any comments during TAC regarding our plans (I'm assuming there won't be since we aren't changing
much), will we be required to attend the next meeting once those issues are resolved?
ill It is my understanding that we can not apply for ourstormwater permit or approval from the engineering
department until we are through with the Plan Commission process. Since we may not be required to go through
the Plan Commission, is it possible to submit for these items before the TAC meeting, or do we need to wait until
TAC approval before submitting to the Engineering Department?
Once again, thank you for your time, I greatly appreciate your help.
Sincerely,
Nick Jahn

Hi, Nick:
I was rechecking some things in the ordinance today, and since it has been over 2 years since the adls was
approved, we will have you come back for TAC (technical advisory committee) review, or you can touch base with
each tac member individually, but I recommend the former. (I am not sure I relayed this message to Tim Fleck.)
The tac application is online (we can waive the fee), as well as a list of tac members:

http://www.ci.carmel.in.us/services/DOCSIT AC2008IT AC%20members%20revised%2004 .24 .2008. Rdf
If the site plan and architecture has not changed drastically, then we would not make you go back in front of the
plan commission for re-approval., even though the adls approval has technically expired.

All,
We finally got approval from the St. Christopher's Episcopal Church (Located at 131 sl ancj Meridian, just east of
the proposed Browning Investment Development) to proceed with finishing phase III of this project. I wanted to
touch base and verify where the project currently stands with the City of Carmel. It is my understanding that this
project does not need to go through TAC or the Plan Commission, as all pha,ses were approvE;ld some time ago.
However, I believe we are required to submit for an Erosion Control and Stormwater Permit for Phase III of the
project only. I was hoping that you all could verify this for me. I would hate to waste time because I didn't follow
the City of Carmel's project development process. I really appreciate the help.
Sincerely,
Nick Jahn
