Building Roof Line Alteration
Due to the current economic slump A & A Development Corp. is not able to complete the
intended renovations to 96th & Michigan Road at this time.
We would appreciate the opportunity to do a minor modification at this time to update the
building commonly known at 40 I 0-40 14 West 96th Street; Indianapolis, IN. Our intent is
to make the roof line emulate that of 4004-4008 West 96th Street; Indianapolis, IN, and in
so doing make the center unified in color and design.
The design of 4004-4008 is in fact that of the renovations pennitted in our initial permit.
Altbough we are not demolishing the current structure and erecting a new edifice; we do
desire to utilize the same concept in the temporary update.
The building color will also match that of 4004-4008, and the new sign package already
on file with the City of Carmel will be effective for aJl tenants after the reconstruction is
complete. None oftlle existing signs will be permitted to remain.
