The applicant (Michael C. Cook of Woodell & McLaughlin LLP for Old Melidian & Main Street

13100-13155 Old Meridi,lIl St. and is LOlled OMJ]\I[lJ -Old Meridian OistrictlMixed Use.
The applicant only seeks preliminary review comments from the committee before filing a DP/ADLS
application. The site is alollg the cast side 01' Old Meridian Street, nOlth of Main Street. Please see the

Also, the Board of Zoning Appeals asked thal tile petitioner appear before committee before they vote on
the variances requested for:
