Wheeler 12108 Windsor Drive Carmel, IN 46033 Dear Sir / Madam: SUBJECT: 12108 WINDSOR DRIVE, CARMEL, IN 46033 This letter is to inform you that an inquiry was made to the Department of Community Services regarding a possible City Code Violation at the address listed above. A recent inspection of the property revealed a swimming pool in the back yard full of stagnant water. Please be advised that Section 6-77(d) of the Carmel City Code construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (d) All stagnant water in which mosquitoes, flies or other insects can multiply. Please rectify this situation within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. Failure to resolve the violation(s) within the specified time will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel to include the issuance of daily citations (which requires appearance in Carmel City Court).
