It is aWays nice to hear from you and I am sorry that some property owners airenot concerned in complying with
your covenants. I will take a look at all 3 properties today to see if they are in violation of our zoning ordinance. (I
have attached the ordinance for your convenience.) Our ordinance does, allow for recreational vehicles to be
parked on d1iriveways, but only under the circumstances listed in 25.04.01. Nevertheless, I will do whatever I can
to achieve complialince and educate these owners. I'll update you on the results of my inspections and any
enforcement action that I take.
Sincerely,

I noticed that the Troyer's, 11824 N. Gray Road, have a large boat parked on their driveway. I suspect they
do, not know it's a violation.
1hank you!

Jobea,
I will certainly get acovenant into each newsletter —and thanks for the input.
I will see if this issue can be put onto the agenda for tonights meeting. I really don't know if the homeowner have any real
recourse if someone breaks one of these covenants...

Terri -
I noticed there will be a board meeting tomorrow Might. Do you know whether there has been any
progress on the revising, of the covenants? The reason I ask is I feel there should be a regular section in
every newsletter that highlights a covenant.
In particular, the issue of keeping boats, trailers, etc., on ones property is in direct violation of the
covenants. I have asked Winston to address this issue with two residents on our street alone. I do not
know what kind of response he has received, if any, however, both residents have refused to move the
boat/trailer in question. Can the homeowners association do anything about this? The older our
neighborhood gets, the more lax we are in allowing violations, the harder it will be to enforce. Thanks for
listening.
