Please place this on the Board of Public Works agenda for its May 7,2003 hearing. Our office is also filing, on behalf of Gershman Brown, a Request for Consent to Encroach. We will also be requesting that the Consent to Encroach be heard by the Board of Public Works at its May 7, 2003 hearing. Finally, in regard to the enclosed secondary plat, please note it has been slightly revised. [n this regard, we asked the engineers to revise some incorrect references to recording information, and show the variance regarding the encroachment into the green belt buffer. Nonetheless, please advise me if you require any further information or documentation to place this matter on the Board of Public Works' agenda for its May 7, 2003 hearing.
