The petitioner seeks a Commitment Amendment pertaining to the uses pennitted on Lot 1 of the
Hazel Dell Corner Subdivision. TIle site is located at the northwest comer of Hazel Dell
Parkway and East 13 1st Street. The site is zoned B-3/Business.

The applicant is proposing to amend the zOniBg commitments for lot. 1 of the Hazel Dell Corner
subdivision. Please refer to your informational booklet for infOlTIlation on the layout of the and

The Department has no objection to providing the ability to allow some portion ofthe multi-
tenant building to be occupied by one or two smaller restaurant uses. TIlls should not serve to
diminish the character of the area and intent of providing a location for neighborhood
commercial uses at tlus location.
The Defartment recommends that this item be forwarded to the Subdivision Committee on
June 3r for further discussion. .
