Carmel Concern Dear Mike, My name is Jennifer Grimm and I live at 71 Bennett Rd in the Village of Mt. Carmel subdivision. There is a rental house that is vacant right now at 80 Bennett Rd that has grass and weeds above the article level of maintenance on ones property. This house also looks dilapidated, but my concern is getting the weeds knocked down first for fear of more bugs and possible rodents. Good luck with getting ahold of the landlord/owner, he lives in California.
