Westfield, IN 46074 Re: Zoning Code Violation Dear Mr. Davis: This letter is b6ing provided to iiinform you that the parking of vehicles in the grass and storing motor vehicles which do not bear a currently valid license plate, and are not kept in a garage or building at 3632 Tara Ct.,, is prohibited as per Carmel Zoning Ordinance and Carmel City Code, which states: 27.02.04 Parking spaces may be located on any part of a lot, unless otherwise specified herein. Parking spaces shall snot be located in any required greenbelt or lawn area. 6-106 (b) A Junk Car shall mean any motor vehicle which does not bear a currently valid license plate, and is not kept in a garage or Ibuillding. To avoid further enforcement action, please permanently discontinue parking vehicles on unpaved surfaces, and either plate or remove all junk vehicles by May 9, 2007. The address is 3634 Tara Ct. I think, the numbers are not visible. Its the 3rd house on the north side of the street as you turn onto Tara Ct. This family consists of a dad and a teenage daughter, They have 8 cars in their driveway, two of which have been out on the road since the first of the year. Only the father drives, and at least two of the cars have never been moved in the 6 years he has lived there. In his back yard is an in -ground swimming pool that has not been taken care of for several years We are concerned there is standing water with bacteria and other issues. The yard is unmowed most of the time and over grown and my children say the inside of the house is a desperate mess. Please help us keep the property values up in our neighborhood up and children safe by looking at this property.
