Box 212 Arcadia, IN 46030 Re: Zoning Code Violation Dear Mr. & Mrs. Pesavenito: This letter is being provided to inform you that the parking of vehicles in the grass and storing motor vehicles which do not bear a currently valid,: license plate, and are not kept in a garage or building at 11916 Hoster Rd.., is prohibited as per Carmel Zoning Ordinance and Carmel City Code, which states: 27.02.04 Parking spaces may be located on any part of a lot, unless otherwise specified herein. Parking spaces shall not be located in any required greenbelt or lawn area. 6-106 (b) A Junk Car shall mean any motor vehicle which doles not bear a currently valid license plate, and is not kept in a garage or building. The property is also in violation of the Carmel City Code, §6-77(k), which construes the following; conditions to be public health nuisances: (k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a residential area. To avoid further enforcement action, please permanently discontinue parking vehicles on unpaved surfaces, either plate or remove all junk vehicles, and remove all brush, trash, and debris on property by May 11, 2007.
