Carmel, IN 46033 Re: Zoning/Code Violation Dear Mr. & Mrs. Greer: This letter is being provided to inform you that a vehicle(s) located on your property at 4607 Somerset Way S. does not bear a currently valid license plate. This is considered a junk vehicle, which is prohibited per the Carmel City Code §6-106, which states: §6-106 (b) A Junk Car shall mean any motor vehicle which does not bear a currently valid license plate, and is not kept in a garage or building. There are also Code issues concerning the trash/rubbish (mowers, miscellaneous equipment) on the property. If these items are not trash/rubbish, please store them inside of an accessory structure or garage. To avoid further enforcement action, which can include having the vehicle removed from the property, please either plate, garage, or remove all junk vehicles, as well as removing/storing all trash/rubbish, by February 19, 2008.
