An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid. The Carm,el/Ciay Zoning Ordinance §25.02.07 construes the following conditions to be public safety hazard: §25.02.107 No sign, fence, wall, shrub or other obstruction to vision shall exist in the area designated as the vision clearance area of corner lots. Specifically, the concern is that a shrub on your property makes visibility difficult when looking North on Wilson Drive from Sleepy Hollow Lane. We respectfully request that you trim the shrub back to aid in increasing visibility at this intersection in compliance with the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance by July 25, 2008.1If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me at (317) 571-2476- Thank you for your cooperation.
