The signs advertise for General Shale Bricks in the City of Carmel, � a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS; regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. According to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs, of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following sign(s) are prohibited: (f) Signs consisting of banners, posters, pennants, ribbons, streamers, strings of light bulbs, spinners or similar devices, unless they are permitted specifically by other sections of this Ordinance.
