Carmel, IN 46033 RE: CITY CODE VIOLATION - TRASH AND DEBRIS Dear Sir / Madam: The Department of Community Services recently received a list of properties in the Northwood Hills area regarding possible City Code Violation(s). The property at 11719 Prairie PI., in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership was one of those listed properties. An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid, and that the property is in violation of the Carmel City Code, §6-77(k), which construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (k) Any accumulation of fimk, lwbbfsh, scrap metal, automotive parts, budding materials, machineg, dead trees, &.rparts lhereaf, upon any premises in a residential area. Please remove any/all brush in the side yard, and bogies, etc. from the front porch/front yard by August 30, 2008. Failure to resolve the violation(s) by the specified deadline will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel, to include City abatement of outstanding, issues (to which property owner is billed). Additionally, this type of violation has been addressed at this property in the pasta Therefore, any future violations of a similar nature on your property will be considered by this Department as a cost of doing business on your part, and a citation will be issued without warning. These citations can be issued daily until all violations have been corrected. These citations also require a mandatory appearance in Carmel City Court.
