The property at 11801 Westwood Dr., in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership was one of those listed properties. An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid, and is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1)• (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property') located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris. Please be advised, this violation need to be corrected by August 27, 2008, or, this matter will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel.
