RE: CARMEL CITY CODE WEEDS/GRAS,S VIOLATION
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 3530 Hawthorne Dr. W..,, a
property list under your ownership, is in viollation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance
No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1).
(c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located
within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation
growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall
keep their property clear of debris.
Please be advised, this violation need to be corrected by July 22, 2008, or, this matter will
be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel. You, as property owner(s) will be liable
and billed for the cost of correcting the violation(s) and all administrative costs. Also,
please, cut down the half -fallen sapling/tree on the southeast side of the property. If you
