The tenants there often have multiple large vehicles parked outside their home, sometimes blocking the sidewalk. Trash cans and other items are left out, and make the general appearance of the home unsightly. We are trying to sell our home next door at 10491 Lakeshore Pl. and have become aware that potential buyers are put off by the appearance of the neighboring home. I have not addressed this situation with the residents of 10495 Lakeshore Pl directly to avoid a potentially uncomfortable situation. I can be reached at christensenl 11 I sbcg_lobal.net. This inspection resulted in the finding that no City of Carmel codes were being violated. Some of the issues you may be dealing with concerning your neighbors property may be aesthetically unpleasant or inconvenient, but they fail to fall under the purview of our city code.
