Indianapolis, IN 46280 Re: Zoning Code Violation Ms. Dettiner: This letter is being provided to inform you that the parking of vehicles in the grass at 9648 Wild Cherry )fin., is, prohibited per Carmel Zoning Ordinance, which states: 27.02.04 Parking spaces may be located on any part of a lot, unless otherwise specified herein. Parking spaces shall not be located in any required greenbelt or lawn area. Additionally, commercial vehicles are not to be stored at residential properties. It is my understanding that you have been notified of this/these ordinatice(s) previously. To avoid further enforcement action, please permanently discontinue parking vehicles on unpaved surfaces and parking any commercial vehicles on your property by September 19, 2007. If you fail to do so, a written citation will be issued resulting in monetary fines. You could also be required to appear in court in reference to this citation and this case.
