Illinois St. Indianapolis, IN 46202 Re: Carmel City Code Violation —Abandoned/Junk Vehicle Dear Mr. & Mrs. Rich: This letter is being provided to inform you that it has recently been brought to the City's attention that at 1030 Rangeline Rd. S., a properly listed under your ownership, violations of Carmel City Code and Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance have not been corrected. The following Carmel City Code § 6-106(b) and § 6-114 and Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance 25.07.02-12 B must be corrected immediately. 6-106 (b): A Junk Car shall mean any motor vehicle which does not bear a currently valid license plate, and is not kept in a garage or building. 6-114: Because of the danger to the health from vermin, the danger of personal injury to children attracted by such vehicles, danger of fire by the storage of gasoline and oil thereon, any abandoned, unlicensed, inoperable, disassembled, wrecked or junked motor vehicle on any street or public property for more than five days or upon any private property for more than 15 days, except as hereinafter provided, is declared to be a nuisance and unlawful. 25.07.02-12 B Illuminated Window Signs 1) NUMBER: One (1) sign per tenant/property owner and may be in addition to any other permitted signs including but not limited to non -illuminated Window Signs. 2) MAXIMUM SIGN AREA: Three (3) square feet 3) LOCATION: As per definition of Window Sign. 4) DESIGN: No restrictions except for those signs which require approval by the Commission. However, signs in Unified Centers must be of a similar design and style of construction.
