At the meeting held Monday, September 22, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 14537 Dublin Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08080022 V Development Standards Variance for reduction of side yard setback.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 22, 2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this Icttcr with your application materials in order to assist the Depar"tmcnt's review.
