At the meeting held Monday, September 22, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 2410 Harleston
Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08080006 V Development Standards Variance for number of ground signs.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pursuant to the
aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the
approval is September 22, 2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
