Contact the city forester, Scott Brewer, for further discussion about the landscape plan and providing a
planting area ,between building 2 and the east side of the parking lot, per chapter 20G.04.06.C.
Please provide copies of your correspondence with TAC members.
Additional comments may be voiced at the TAC meeting.
Will there be any additional signage, such as a directional sign near the road or a panel in the multi-tenant
ground sign? If so, please provide details.
Please provide digital copies ofthe site plan and building elevations, as pdf files.
Bring material/color samples to the Plan Commission meeting.
Please try to use stucco, instead of EIFS.
Is the structural mast only for aesthetic purposes, or will it be used as a type of flagpole? Please clarify.
Provide floor plans, and also show the location of the indoor kennel.
Show bicycle/pedestrian connectivity from the street to the building.
Please consider using LEED or 'green' building practices, such as a white roof or solar panels.
Please consider using pervious pavers in all or part of the parking area.
