Docket No. 08060018 ADLS: Old Meridian Plaza -: Building 2 (RA Franke, lot8A) The applicant seeks design approval for Bui Iding 2, a I ~story office building. The site is located at 12863 Old Meridian St. and is zoned 01-1/MU~ Old Meridian, Mixed Use. Filed by Ersal Ozdemir of Keystone Group, LLC. The applicant seeks design approval for a second building on this site. When the first building came through under Docket Number 0801001 1 DP/ ADL'i, BuiJding Two was shown on the site plan as a future building. Building Two will complement buiJding one in design, materials, and colors. Since this site is part of an already~platted subdivision, primary plat amendment, zoning waiver, and subdivision waiver requests are being sought to allow Building Two to be owned by a separate land owner. Dues to the nature of the primary plat amendment and what they are trying to accomplish through that, several variances are also being requested from the BZA. Outstanding Staff COllunents/concerns: 1) Please respond to all of DOCS' review comments from the 6/25/08 & 7/15/08 emails. 2) Dept of Engineering Comments: updates will be given at the meeting. 3) Dept of Forestry Comments: updates will be given at the meeting. The Department of Community Services recommends the Commission suspend its rules of pr'ocedure and vote to approve these items this evening, after all comments and concerns are _ - addressed.
