NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Cannel, -rnCliana ("Plan
Commission"), meeting on the 19th day of August, 2008, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers,
Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing regarding an
application, identified by the Docket Numbers referenced above, seeking approval of (i) an amended primary
plat, (ii) a subdivision waiver allowing a lot without frontage on a public right-of-way, and (iii) a zoning waiver
pertaining to building orientation (collectively the "Application") pertaining to the real estate commonly known
as 12863 Old Meridian Street, Carmel, Indiana 46032, and generally located on the east side of Old Meridian
Street, between 131 st Street on the north and Calliel Drive on the south, in the City of Carmel, County of
Hamilton, State ofIndiana. The Real Estate is zoned OM/MU (Old Meridian/Mixed Use) and is approximately
2.5 acres in size.
The Application seeks approval of the development plan and architectural design, lighting, landscaping
and signage regarding an office/retail building to be constructed upon the Real Estate.
A copy of the Application is on file for examination at the Department of Community Services, One
Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, telephone 317/571-2417.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the Application, either in writing or verbally,
wilt 'be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
Written objections to the Application filed with the Department of Community Services either prior to
or at the the Public Hearing will be considered, and oral COl1Ullents concerning the proposed Application will be
heard at the Public Hearing.
The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
