The applicant seeks design approval for Building 2, a I-story office building. The site is located
at 12863 Old Meridian SL. and is zoned OM/MU- Old Meridian, Mixed Use. Filed by Ersal
Ozdemir of Keystone Group, LLC.
The applicant seeks desig11 approval for a second building on this site. When the first building came
through under Docket Number 08010011 DP/ADLS, Building Two was shown on the site plan as a future
bui Iding. Building Two will complement building one in design, materials, and colors.
Since this site is part of an already-platted subdivision, primary plat amendment, zoning waiver, and
subdivision waiver requests are being sought to allow Building Two to be owned by a separate land
owner. Dues to the nature of the primary plat amendment and what they arc trying to accomplish through
that, several variances are also being requested from the BZA.

The Department of Community Services recommends the Cummission suspend its rules of
procedure and vote to appmvc tllcse items tills evening, after all commcnts and concerns are
addressed.
