Hi Chris:
With these minor modifications, it sounds like you can still follow the plan commission timeline as spelled out in the
6/24/2008 email (below), with plan commission info packets being due by noon on august 8 and so on. Also, we will need
2 copies of the revised plans and affected building elevations. Revised plans should also be sent to all of the TAC
members.

Angie,
I just left you a voicemail in regards to' this project but wanted to follow up with an smail.
During the past couple weeks the site plan has been modified over what was previously submitted.
I would like to discuss the revisions with you and see if the project can still follow the original schedule as outlined in your
email below,
And if so what items you need and when yc>u need them from the consultants to keep this on track.
The modifications consist of adding a door in the existing Heart Hospital's south wall, reconfiguring the sidewalk path to
the hospital from the helipad and the removal of parking spaces on the Heart Hospital track.

Mr. Clendenen,
J've been getting some questions from our Council regarding the proposed Heart Hospital helipad, and would like to
forward those questions to you-these are also qLiestions the BZA and Plan Commission will likely have_
1. What is the total number of anticipated flights per month/year/etc?
2. Have a final flight path and alternate flight path been determined? Do the paths take the helicopter over any
residences, and jf so, at what altitude?
3. What is the typical decibel level in proximity to a helipad?
4. Where will the patients typically be coming from?
5. How much time will placing the helipad at the Heart Hospital save, as opposed to driving the patient down from the
Conseco helipad?
6. Is there any additional equipment that would need to be installed, ie for radio communications, etc?
7. Will the overall helipad be landscaped, inasmuch as the FAA permits landscaping around it?
8. What type of lighting is anticipated for the helipad, and would it impact adjacent residences at all?
Any answers you can provide us would be very helpful. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Regards,

Subject: RE: proposed Helipad Approval - Heart Hospital
Just an update: on the PC side, we will just make them do a full ADLS in front of the whole plan commission with no dp
amend, since they will have a public hearing with the BZA variance for the helipad.
Also, We will have to check to make sure there is enough parking once they put in the helipad.

. Subject: FW: proposed Helipad Approval - Heart Hospital
Hi Christine - I saw that Connie processed a new BZA application for a helipad at the heart hospital.
I did some past research about this helipad approval at the beginning of the year. All of the emails below should help get
you up to speed on this. Also, all I could really find about he helipad was that the plan commiSsion stated that the
helicopter pad would have to come back before the Full Plan Commission for approval; That was in the meeting minutes
from the June 2001 PC meeting. I think this was in lieu of commitments regarding the helipad.
