Range 3 East, in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 252.6 feet north of "the southeast corner of
said quarter section and running thence north and along the centerline
of Indiana Highway ift43l, 171. 0 feet to a point; running thence west
320.11 feet to a point on the east right-of-way line of the Indiana
Railroad; running thence south along said right-of-way line 171.0
feet to a point; thence east a distance of 320.65 feet to the place
of beginning.
