LEGAL DESCRIPTION - Exhibit "All
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 423.6 feet north of the southeast corner of said
quarter section and running thence north and along the centerline of
Indiana Highway 1t431, 356.15 feet to a point; running thence west
134 feet to a point; running thence south 356.15 feet to a point;
running thence east a distance of 135.02 feet to the place of beginning.
Subject, however, to public rights-of-way.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE APPLIED FOR
Dr. Betty A. Koss requests rezoning of a 356.15' x 135' parcel of

classification, to provide for conversion of existing reSidential

provided. No exterior alterations contemplated other than renovation
